Revisions

The number of revisions depends on your package. Where a package includes unlimited revisions, we will keep refining your design at no extra cost, provided the chosen concept stays the same. Once you select an initial concept, a request for a completely new concept counts as a redesign, not a revision.

We aim to return revisions within 48 hours.

Refunds

We stand behind our work. Refund requests must be made within 45 days of your order and are assessed against the timing below, measured from when we deliver your initial concepts:

• Before initial concepts are delivered: a full refund, less a 10% administration and processing fee.
• Within 48 hours of delivery: a 66% refund, less the 10% fee.
• Between 48 and 96 hours after delivery: a 33% refund, less the 10% fee.
• More than 96 hours after delivery: no refund, but please contact us so we can resolve your concerns through revisions.

When refunds do not apply

To keep the guarantee fair to everyone, the following are not eligible for a refund:

• Requesting revisions to, or approving, an initial concept. This continues the project and ends the refund offer.
• Projects that have entered the revision phase, or orders whose final files have been delivered.
• Website projects once the initial design mock-up has been revised or inner pages have been built with your approval.
• Rush delivery fees and 24-hour rush changes.
• Orders placed by design agencies or on behalf of another business.
• Dropping part of a discounted package. Bundles are refunded per service, and any refund must be claimed before that service starts. Once one part of an order is finalised, the rest of the package is not refundable.
• Projects where the client has not responded for 5 working days. After 7 working days of inactivity, restarting the project may incur a fee. If you need to pause for personal reasons, just email us.
• Requests not made in good faith, for example ordering the same work from several agencies with the intention of claiming refunds.

Cases where you are always refunded

Duplicate charges are refunded in full. If the work does not meet requirements we committed to at the time of sale, or is not delivered as promised, you may claim a refund with evidence of that commitment.

Rights after a refund

When a refund is issued, all rights to the designs we supplied remain with Fragile Logic Studio. You may not use, display or adapt any version of the refunded work.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables and their source files. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Third-party assets such as fonts, stock images or software licences remain subject to their own licence terms.

Original design guarantee

Every logo we create is designed from scratch to your brief. If your logo turns out to be substantially similar to an existing design, we will create a new one for you. Any resemblance is unintentional, and our responsibility is limited to providing the replacement.

For full legal protection of your logo, we recommend registering it as a trademark once it is final.

Quality and satisfaction

Our designers follow the brief you provide and research your market before designing. Within the revisions your package includes, we keep refining the work until you are satisfied.

Good results depend on your input, so please stay involved and give clear feedback throughout the project.

Domain and hosting

Domain registration and hosting are provided only when they are part of your package. Email accounts are only available when your website is hosted with us.

Delivery

Files are delivered by email on the date in your order confirmation, and all revision and refund timings are measured from that delivery. Custom design orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 days.

Rush delivery, with first logo concepts within 24 hours, is available on many packages for an additional fee.

Keeping your files

We archive your final files after delivery. If you need them again, ask and we will email them to you.

We reply to messages within one business day (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm PT).

We only communicate through hello@fragilelogicstudio.com, other addresses on our own domain, and the phone numbers listed on this website. We are not responsible for messages from any other address or number.
